Felicity McNeill PSM

Felicity has extensive senior management experience in Australia’s health regulatory and subsidy sector. She spent five years as head of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Division responsible for Australia’s Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS), Life Saving Drugs Program, and special access schemes for oncology, diabetes and stoma. She was awarded a Public Service Medal in 2016 for her work in reforming the PBS.

She has also headed up the Office of Health Protection (public health, pandemic and communicable disease management) before being appointed as CEO of the Organ and Tissue Authority a joint commonwealth and jurisdictional initiative.

Today Felicity is the Managing Director of Perspicacité and Executive Director of Due Diligence Australia. She is the former president of Hepatitis Australia and current member of the Consumer Health Forum and Australian Pompe Association.

Helen Innes

Helen has extensive senior executive experience in public sector leadership, policy development and program management in the social sector.

Helen has led policy development on women’s workforce participation and reviewed the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. She has also had policy responsibility for social innovation and managed the Social Enterprise Development Investment Fund, and was involved in designing and implementing the National Disability Insurance Scheme in Australia. Today Helen is the principle of Helen Innes Coaching & Consulting.

David Mackay

David has extensive experience in senior public sector regulatory and compliance roles, including ten years in human health security.

David’s background in aligning the strategic policy objectives of policy agencies with the practical on the ground application of legislation, regulation and operational activities enables him to bridge the gap between business and government.

Today David is General Manager of Due Diligence Australia, providing regulatory and compliance consultancy services to the government, private and not-for-profit sectors.
